Good place to stay. Good front desk staff gate staff. Clean rooms and well apportioned. Clean wash rooms.

The location is very good, so close to the airport and easy for people to reach via public transport. The rooms were very comfortable. The Banjara restaurant is reached by going outside the reception area, which means that the hotel is private from outside guests. The food and live music at the restaurant was excellent! The restaurant had a themed week happening and the staff do their best to ensure you're looked after. The restaurant is popular with non-residents, so can get very busy.

Occasionally had problems with the electronic room card not working. As the restaurant can get very busy with non-residents they need to make sure there are still seats for residents who are checking in late.

Wonderfully helpful staff - Christina in particular was a gem. Our rooms were excellent and the service great. The hotel is ideally situated from the airport and allows easy access to Mumbai.

Mumbai is noisey - not the hotel's fault just know what to expect. The breakfast selection was geared for Indians. The Western selection was adequate.

There is no privacy in the room and there is no safety lock as well, someone enters the room without knocking the room.

The Spa. Had a workout in the little gym, steam room session and a one hour deep muscle massage. Great masseuse, highly professional and very talented. Ask for Banjunyelna - “Ena” for short!

The hotel needs a good scrub!!! And the things that need repaired should be repaired!!! That would go a long way to improving the ambience.

Restaurant was good. Restaurant staff was nice and polite. Location is good. Bed and bed linens are really good.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark. Only two bath towels were provided. No hand towels. bathroom is too small. Room freshner was used at suffocating level. Front desk staff needs proper hospitality training.

The staff were friendly however there were delays in when requests were raised I was alone and arrived early morning, the night manager was considerate and tried his best to prepare my room ahead of the check in time. But, the room lacked several add in facilities which was catered to much later on repeated request. Breakfast was good. The hotel was quite occupied during my four day stay. Eat outs in close proximity. Within the premises of the hotel quite a few of them where there. It is a safe place for single women.

I stayed for 4 nights in a suite. I was alone and arrived early morning, the night manager was considerate and tried his best to prepare my room ahead of the check in time. But, the room lacked several add in facilities which was catered to much later on repeated request. The floor tiles where worn out and didnot align with each other n I kept hitting my toe into it. The rooms and bathroom need an uplift. All are shaky and old. Television didn't work through out my stay. Due to this I even requested for a room change, which was provided but again had the same issue There were delay in attendance to requests raised, I'm not sure if this was due to the reason the hotel was running full. But I didnot expect it. I had to hear a lot of nagging from my family members that the hotel was not upto to the cost As noted above we had tv issues and requested for assistance on it. The hotel tv guy came and took a long time to fix it and we were in a rush to leave so asked him to return later once we were back. We also confirmed that he had no business inside. But for some reason I returned to the room and I could see him come out our room even after him confirming that he did not want to be inside when we were not around. This got us furious as we left our our valuables open all over the place. We dont want to raise red flags but I could have been more cautious if he had to attend to setting up the tv. When raised with the front desk and asking to speak with the manager, there was no return call or any clarification. So, please be cautious and donot leave things in the open even if the room is locked up It is a safe place for single women.

The standards seem to have deteriorated of late...there were no rugs/ floor mats in the bathroom as a result of which the area separating the bed room and bathroom was wet on most of the times...the breakfast was monotonous..

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating.

Room very small for the daily charge rate, hot water took a long time to come on, pool not in a condition that would have allowed swimming. Breakfast had a very limited selection of food that was not curry/Indian. Coffee/tea sachets not replaced in room, room card stopped working at least once a day. Location wise, the hotel was unknown to most taxi drivers but conveniently located.
